Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Proof of Habit ("poh", "the app", "the service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not create multiple accounts or share your account with others.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to poh, including photos, videos, and text ("your content"). By uploading content, you grant poh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and store your content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except where your content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

You may not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Contains nudity, sexually explicit material, or graphic violence
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Impersonates another person or entity
• Promotes discrimination or hate speech

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines.

poh offers a free trial period. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. All payments are processed by Apple.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. This will permanently remove your profile, goals, habits, proofs, and all uploaded files.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

poh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, poh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
